PILATES("Pih - LAH - Teez"):
Focus on strengthening the abdominal and back muscles with an emphasis on concentration, control, centering, precision, breathing and flow of movement. Each session students will learn more than the simple choreography of each exercise. They will learn correct alignment, body awareness, and discover how to move mindfully with deep muscular connections. In turn this approach produces strength with grace, economy, and balance. No previous experience needed. All levels are welcome. Private instruction is available. Fridays 6:30-7:30pm $10/class CKFC members and $12/class non members
